All sale merchandise are FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS.

All merchandise must be returned by a RA (Return Authorization) number.  Please email the order number, merchandise you wish to return, and the reason for the return to RDOFUNBAGZ@yahoo.com.  UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

For proper handling of the return, clearly mark the RA number on the package, please include a copy of the RA email in the packaging with the merchandise.

RA number MUST be requested within 3 business days after the receipt of the merchandise.

The returned items must be postmarked within 3 business days from the receipt of the RA number.  Return will not be processed and no credit will be issued under any circumstances, after 3 days.

The original shipping cost and the return shipping cost are not included in this policy. 

There will be a 30% restocking fee on returned merchandise that is not defective or damaged.

All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, including damaged or defective merchandise. The credit will not be issued to the returned items without the complete original packaging.

We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transporation of the carrier.

If an item becomes defective, other than wear and tear, we will send it back to the vendor.  If the vendor feel it is defective, other than wear and tear, then a credit will be issued.
