Our wholesale program is specifically for companies who would like to sell our product in their region. Discounts range from 35%-50% off our retail prices shown on our website. Retail promotions, on the website, cannot be applied to wholesale orders. To apply print our application and fax to: 740-549-4783. Once you are approved, we will notify you via email. If the application is not completed properly, we will ignore any further processing.
ORDERS
Minimum order is $100.00. Fax all orders to: 740-549-4793, or email all orders to: customerservice@rdofunbagz.com. Shipping charges will be calculated and order confirmation emailed to you of the total to be charged to your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
ORDER PROCESSING
It can take up to 72 hours to process your orders depending on availability and inventory. Availability and prices are subjected to change without notice. Wholesale orders do take longer preparation. All orders ship via Fedex Ground. We do not handled any international orders at this time.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We do not accept order cancellations. Once an order starts its preparation it cannot be stopped.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
RDOFUNBAGZ is not responsible for stolen or lost packages when the tracking system of the shipper shows that it has been delivered. We always require a signature on our deliveries.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our policy is different than our retail return policy. Since our profit margin for wholesale is minimal, we can not accept any returns or exchanges. All orders are final. There are no returns or exchanges. You have 3 days to inspect the merchandise for manufacturer defects. Please notify us of a defect. Once we have received the item, and if the manufacturer does not find it defective, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee off the invoice price. If the manufacturer does see the defect we will credit your credit card the invoice amount of the item.
